Barry Boehm kicks of the second day of the conference. I guess kicks off isn’t a good term in this case. It’s dull, it’s boring and in my opinion he is way off. Mary Poppendieck says the talk was *super* when allowed the first question afterwards. I must have missed something.
After that Mike Cohn gave a killer speech about User Stories in a packed room. I guess he should have gotten a much bigger room. Despite the fact that I’ve been working with stories for almost six years I learn a lot. A real eye-opener. Mike is funny, insightful and really really good at this.
After lunch I hesitated a long time whether or not I’d go to Mary and Tom Poppendiecks “Value Stream Map”-seminar or a coding tournament. The geeky side of me got the upper hand and “Coding” it became.
Me and my PP-partner came in second. Yihaaa!
